   Yes, this is true. James 1:17 says “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” He does not change like shifting shadows. His Absolute Truth for mankind does not change because he does not change.

   I agree; in fact I’d say that is THE important question. There is only one possible answer; “God.”

   A very important question to ask is “who determines the absolute truths that apply to all men.” Mankind cannot determine these truths because, as history shows, truths determined by man will eventually change.
