Well I learned from Ken Rockwell that there is a new camera with properties that make it my new dream toy.  Fuji announced their new Finepix S5 Pro at PMA.  This is Nikon’s excellent D200 (my prior dream) with a new and very cool 12.3 MP Fuji sensor!  Fuji sensors are something special due to their hexagonal pixels, which make for better coverage than round pixels.  Fuji claims adjustable dynamic range.  I would love to try this out and see what it can do with otherwise blown highlights in certain situations.
