Steve Mann, a friend and former colleague of mine, is now running Total Customer Experience and Competitive Intelligence over at SAP.
He’s got a great Blog called AbleBrains that he describes as, “Brain bursts on Customer Experience, Social Media, High Tech, New York City life, & even Neuroscience”.
